Participants will have the opportunity to unlock their hidden potential while applying survival skills; they will face tough challenges together, where every individual acts as a vital link and collective cooperation is essential to survive as a team.

The survival setting and challenges are staged on the islands within Nui Coc Lake, Thai Nguyen. With its pristine, natural landscape, the location offers participants a truly engaging and memorable experience. Nui Coc Lake Survival Team Building Tour – Key Details:

Duration: 7 hours.
Modes of transport: SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard), walking.

Morning: A Hanoiteambuilding vehicle and facilitator will pick up guests at the designated meeting point and depart for Nui Coc Lake, Thai Nguyen. Upon arrival, guests gather at the assembly point for fun warm-up activities designed to boost morale and prepare everyone for the challenging journey ahead. After the warm-up, participants receive necessary gear (life jackets, paddles, SUPs, secret messages, drinking water, etc.).

09:00: The survival team-building journey across Nui Coc Lake begins. Participants will paddle their SUPs to designated islands and overcome a series of survival challenges. Successfully completing each challenge earns the team essential supplies for lunch.
12:00 PM: Upon reaching the final island of the journey, the team will use basic supplies to prepare their own BBQ feast.
1:00 PM: The survival journey continues with a mix of land and water-based challenges. These tasks place a high premium on teamwork; members must communicate and coordinate effectively to succeed without leaving anyone behind.
3:00 PM: Program conclusion and a session to summarize and share key takeaways.
