INTRODUCTION

Teambuilding is an effective tool used by major organizations to help promote team spirit, build moral, and increase interpersonal relations among the staff who otherwise m normal working conditions would have few opportunities, if any, to get to know each other. There are several approaches to team building but one of the most popular activities is to organize team building sessions or workshop as part of annual retreats or outings held outside of the work place.

OBJECTIVES
After their participation in the learner-focused, fun packed team building program the participants will be able to:

(1) Develop strong commitments to the philosophy, vision, mission, goals and objectives.
(2) Develop effective leadership skills to lead teamwork. in various situations and working environments.
(3) Build strong team spirit and promote teamwork and better interpersonal relations and cooperation among staff from various units.
(4) Improve their communication skills and function effectively as team leader, facilitator, and coach to their team members in their respective responsibility areas.
(5) Apply team building principles and techniques to actual working conditions to enhance interpersonal relationships, improve staff moral, and increase productivity of their units/operations.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE 1 day Program at Ecopark

The day will be devoted to building team spirit and improving communication and leadership skills among the participants through group exercises, team activities and presentation/discussion by the facilitators. Improving for the Key success of Teams.
